At Herzog Dental, we work with most major dental insurance companies. There are certain companies we are contracted with, which means we accept their fee schedule. In-house Dental Benefit Plan
We also offer our own, in-house dental benefit plan for patients who don’t have access to dental insurance. This helps patients save on bi-annual hygiene visits and 20% off on most other dental work. The plan includes:
- Periodic exams
- Cleanings
- Fluoride treatment
- Bitewing X-rays
- FMX (every five years)
- 20% off all treatments (excluding whitening, implants, and orthodontics.)
